  1. I recently read an article in Byte (?) or perhaps PC Magazine that stated
  2. that non-multithreading processes actually go a bit (though not too much)
  3. slower than on a single processor...you get a performance increase when
  4. you multithread...now you may do well when running Modeler with Layout 
  5. cranking out a rendering, each running against a different processor.
